Video Editing and Production Team Update

The video team has been busy producing two “new” and improved DVDs: “Healing Through Acupuncture” and the “Seattle Talk”.

We are now housing the computer and editing equipment in David Goodell and April Hulvershorn’s office in Seattle, WA, and have recently added a new piece of equipment which can burn up to 50 copies at a time of DVDs with our own logo and graphics preprinted on the labels.

Thank you to Sean who provided the graphics files. These DVDs are for now for sale and would make a great holiday gift for your grateful patients!

Charles Burnell has been very busy with storing and maintaining the video taping equipment and sound system. He works countless hours arriving early to trainings to setup, run and then take down the equipment. Thank you so much, Charles, for your years and years of devotion to that project.

Bruce McCallum of London, England has been diligently transferring video tape onto the computer . These aging video tapes are preserved digitally now and can be edited for content, clarity and the best production quality possible. Thank you, Bruce, for your hours of work and follow through.

What’s on the horizon for the video team? As always, we are constantly learning and updating our equipment and software. We are working on getting Gerad Kite’s talk, “Building Your Practice”, given in April 2007 in Colorado, onto DVD and available for you. We are also looking for video clips to post on You Tube, the WI website, and the WI newsletter. Anyone interested in a volunteer opportunity, please let us know. We are looking for new team members.
